Good quality of work often holds the key to the long-term development of a company. For some jobs, however, inappropriate dressing cannot be acceptable. In my view, employers should be concerned about employees’ dress style.

At first glance, it does not make sense to ask employees in fields to dress in style. That is because good quality of work can be the only requirement for those people. Such status quo may squeeze their time for matching clothes. Due to that, dress codes would be meaningless between them and their employers.
